How many of you struggle with the lines that are always created between the way you would like to walk in the world and the boundries of your work or career? Any suggestions?

“struggle” … that, at times, is putting mildly! :) But I know that with positive intentions and manifesting my dreams… one day soon I will be doing what I love to do as my career! I will get to BE spiritual and silly and productive … all at the same time!
But… (she says with patience)… I still have days like what you’ve described.
I read this as not only making your career your preferred walk, but also walking in the world the way you would like to while struggling with boundaries from a current work environment?
I am going to have to stay in my career until retirement, I am close and have a very good position. So….. I have changed the energy in my workspace. I added water, some rocks, pictures that bring me peace, an affirmation on the wall, and a small statue of Ganesh. What I have come to understand is the vibration starts with me, my inner talk, how I react, and what I allow in. Oh, and taking Masaru Emoto's oracle cards and slipping the harmony on the desk under water does not hurt on a bad day as well. ;)
Well…. that is what I have done when I struggle. A good walk can help as well. :)
I think my question was more systemic in that my space for work was usable and I could create what I wanted in it but the system itself and the boundries imposed by the work were the issues. I did appreciate the guidance though…I have chosen though to continue to work (but in a different system) …(YES I quit!!!) Start a new job Sept01…and I am going to expand my business into the field I was working in but in a more holistic fashion….Getting excited about the prospects. Is anyone out there providing Mental Health services in a holistic way??? Let me know what your doing.
Thanks
Kudos Liz, I sit here in admiration of your strength. Change is difficult and anyone who leaves comfort for exploration is a winner in my book… I envy you, truly I do.
MsCaprikell, you rock. I think you do a fantastic job at everything. You amaze me with your energy.
